Who has access to my data when I request a quote?
A. Data Privacy is a key concern for many when researching products/solutions online. We don’t forward on your data to multiple installation companies like other solar lead generation websites. We only use it to contact you and share your contact details with our installation team once you are ready to move to that stage. We take data privacy and data security very seriously.
How do you know what solution is best for your customers?
A. EquitySolar exists to address a key gap in the rooftop solar market – transparency and accountability. Many people who are considering installing solar and home batteries are simply baffled by the range of products out there and the many providers trying to sell them their products. At Equitysolar, we don’t lead with products or pressure selling tactics. First and foremost, we try to understand the customer’s requirements and design a solution ensuring current and future energy needs are met within their budget. We only use fully vetted and CEC compliant installers and we stand by our solution post installation.
